  • When are HOA Assessments due?
    Assessment are due quarterly (4 times) per year.  January , April , July , and October .
  • Whom do I contact for Clubhouse rental?
    Bruce Gasparre is in-charge of Clubhouse rental, you can contact him at:  clubhouse@morrisonplantationhoa.com.
  • Whom do I contact for violations?
    Violations are managed by Kuester Management Company (KMC).   Please email them at:  alicia.velasquez@kuester.com and cc. the Board:  board@morrisonplantationhoa.com.
     
  • Whom do I contact regarding HOA dues?
    Kuester Management is in-charge of collecting our HOA dues.  If you have any questions or concerns, please email them to:  alicia.velasquez@kuester.com
